Bought new tires and had them put on my car. They did not clean, bead, or seal the rims so my tires kept losing air. I went to another station out of town where they fixed every tire at my expense. Another time I went in for an oil change for a car I was going to sell and without notifying me they installed new engine mounts for $800. Talk about shock. Yes, it needed engine mounts but the new buyer would have had it done at their expense and it did not increase what I sold the car for. A neighbor told me this place was the greatest, and now I am one of those females evidently in the 'Me Too Movement according to the male neighbor who speaks so highly of their work. Also did not tell me about needing a new Sway Bar, and Brake Pads. Stay away, especially if you are a single woman.

I recently had to change to a new car shop and mechanic. Darrell's Service has been awesome. Last week I went in for my Toyota Corolla to get an oil change. Kelly greeted me and as I sat there waiting for my car to get finished, I was amazed at how Kelly greeted every customer who came in with kindness and interest. You could really tell he truly cared about each person and their car situation. Adam was very nice too and I was happy to meet him after talking to him over the phone. My car was finished without any problem and the person who worked on my car came up to me and said that my key was in the ignition and that it was ready to go. Also, the waiting area was clean and pleasant to wait there. I would highly recommend Darrell's.

Oil change appointment was done and completed on time. Friendly and efficient service and staff! Fair prices, good location, and very knowledgeable mechanics. A+.
