“I am very overwhelmed with my postal service I recently moved to a new location never seen my post man or woman but I received a phone call coming from my home the call was about verifying myself before she even thought about putting mail in my box or handling it over to the person opening the door the postal person went beyond she made sure a check was secured into the right hand it really bought tears to my eyes thank you post person thank you for going beyond.”
“I have been coming here for years and years. Mary who has worked at the post office for over thirty years is retiring and I will miss her. Jerome's last day was today. Lots of change. The mail in the po boxes used to be out by 9:30 am but now it's noon. The workers are trying their best. The changes are hard. But I try to stay positive and grateful”

Not much room to park for check in so have your numbers ready when you show up. Office is at the center of the building.They'll reciprocate politeness with politeness. “I'm extremely thankful to the employee (can't remember her name and I'm kicking myself for it) that took care of me when returning my COX router that was sent to me on accident. She not only knew exactly what to do with the router, but she knew how to do it fast and with a positive attitude. I swear I was in and out in 5 minutes. This saved me from waiting in line at the COX store for what would have probably taken an hour while I wait for someone to pick out a phone or upgrade their service. Extremely pleased with the speed and knowledge at this location.”
“The clerks were very nice. The first helped me select the right box to ship my item in which turned out to be smaller than I had guessed which of course cost less. Then she told me she had to charge me for the tape to seal it, but then remembered she had roll another patron left behind and let me use that at no charge. When I was done taping my package, another clerk came to ring me up and he was also very nice.”
“My Priority Mail package got caught in a “looping” in the Kansas City KS Distribution Center (just kept going around and around on a conveyer and never to a truck) I went in to the Lyman Road facility to ask about it. Penny kindly took me seriously. Over the next several days Craig kept me posted while John emailed and called Kansas City until someone stopped the conveyer, retrieved the package and sent it on its way.
