Trevor was extremely helpful, he packaged the picture so perfectly that it made it to Tennessee with no problem. My daughter showed me all the packaging that he put in the box, you can tell he packaged it with care. I appreciate this so much!”

“Great service on the shipment I received at home. I called to schedule delivery and was scheduled the following day. The driver arrived promptly and went an extra step in positioning the pallet with the item in my garage to avoid a coming rain shower. I couldn't be happier with the service I got from both contacts with Estes and would choose them for any work I required.”
“The clerks are amazing and always very kind despite the fact that they're always swamped and expected to serve lines of people with only 1-2 clerks. I wish USPS would consider adding a kiosk for quick scans and receipts, or open the Urish location back up. Now there are notes on the door at different times of the day that they are closed for lunch. The employees are not at fault and deserve a lunch, however it's very frustrating having to turnaround and go elsewhere for a scan and receipt. The clerks really need more help. Hire more people.”

“Excellent! Checked in at 1:45pm(about) for a 2pm appointment. I was told to take door 13 right away. At 2:10pm the light turned red. At about 2:49pm the light changed to green. At 3:08 I was called to come to the office to get my paperwork. Yes the staff don’t talk much, yet very efficient. Keep it up ladies and gentlemen. Excellent!”
“Staff were very helpful and they made sure my package got processed in time for the truck driver to pick up at the last stop of the day. There was a young man that also heard my conversation thought something sounded fishy so it indeed was and he was able to help me get everything clarified, and a case started immediately. Everybody there was pleasant and very helpful.”
