“I am very overwhelmed with my postal service I recently moved to a new location never seen my post man or woman but I received a phone call coming from my home the call was about verifying myself before she even thought about putting mail in my box or handling it over to the person opening the door the postal person went beyond she made sure a check was secured into the right hand it really bought tears to my eyes thank you post person thank you for going beyond.”

“The clerks are amazing and always very kind despite the fact that they're always swamped and expected to serve lines of people with only 1-2 clerks. I wish USPS would consider adding a kiosk for quick scans and receipts, or open the Urish location back up. Now there are notes on the door at different times of the day that they are closed for lunch. The employees are not at fault and deserve a lunch, however it's very frustrating having to turnaround and go elsewhere for a scan and receipt. The clerks really need more help. Hire more people.”
