When I walked thru the door I met a very friendly young lady named Kimberly. Her mannerisms made you feel so calm and comfortable and welcomed. Even showing the bed her presentation was comfortable and her words made me feel "I want this bed!" You know my number is "40".? The result my bed was purchased! Praise God!!!Mother Singleton

Charise was very helpful and knowledgeable on all of the sleep number products. My first sleep number was in 2015 and she helped me then and remembered me from then! I’m so excited to get my new bed! Our new bed will help with my back and his snoring ;) the pillow he is using already has!

We worked with Joyce, who was very knowledgeable. She wasn't pushy at all, she just wanted to let us experience. I have used a Sleep Number before and loved it! I haven't received ours yet, but I am so excited to get a comfortable, restful nights sleep! I gave this a 4 because I feel for the price, they should have thrown in some sheets or pillows.Thank you, Joyce!

Our family has been customers of Sleep Number for over 20 years and have repeatedly recommended the company to family and friends. We recently cancelled our order for Sleep Number's 360 ile limited edition smart bed after repeated issues with the order. We will no longer purchase from Sleep Number and will never recommend the company again.When purchasing our bed, we were in the midst of house hunting. Knowing that we would soon be moving, delivery was scheduled for four months later in order to coincide with our move. Within a few weeks, having selected our new home, we called Sleep Number to change the delivery address for our bed to our new address -- a location that was 2 city blocks away from our current address. Sleep Number refused to change the delivery address without rescheduling the delivery to a month and a half later than the originally agreed upon delivery date. After four or five exhausting phone calls to customer service without satisfactory resolution, we called to cancel our order. The customer service reps then claimed that they could change the address without rescheduling the delivery. Too late.... We also needed to change our email address on our account and Sleep Number never was able to complete that required change.In addition, my in-laws -- at our recommendation -- purchased a Sleep Number bed around the same time we did. Its delivery was repeatedly delayed from the agreed upon delivery date (ie. promise after promise was broken). When the bed was finally delivered, it felt terrible and the air chambers would not fill. Sleeping on it was impossible. Sleep Number, however, insisted that my in-laws use it for 30 days before they would accept a return. Impossible! In the end, my in-laws were forced to pay for Sleep Number to come pick up a FLAWED product.Summary of our negative experiences:1. Cannot personally change account information (ie. email address, shipping address, etc.). Have to call customer service (the store is not able to assist with updating account info). Based on our experience, Sleep Number makes account information changes INDIVIDUALLY in each INDIVIDUAL department. (For example, if you want to change your email address on file, you have to speak individually with customer service reps in the sales department, in the SleepIQ account, in the Inner Circle account, etc. They appear unable to change such information across ALL of Sleep Number.)2. Inability of Sleep Number reps to provide basic information accurately and consistently or to make basic adjustments to order details.3. Refusal to provide basis for information provided.4. Flip-flopping on basic information - one rep saying one thing during a call, and the rep on the next call providing completely contradictory information.5. Refusal and apparent inability (due to complete system reliance) to accommodate reasonable consumer requests.6. Extremely negative customer service experience over an extended period of time (four months of completely negative customer service experiences).Sleep Number used to be an incredible company. Today, they have completely lost focus on customer service and transparency. They have lost our loyalty.

I just purchased a retaining bar for my flex fit base so I can buy a new mattress after having my sleep number for 1 yr. Upsetting having to throw a 2 thousand dollar mattress in the trash after 1 yr!

The Lawrence store was out of a pillow I wanted so Marissa called Charise at the Topeka store and she brought it to the Lawrence store the next day. Kudos to both Sleep Number Associates for going the extra mile.

Our experience in the Sleep Number bed store in Topeka was outstanding. When we entered the store we were greeted by Paul, Sleep Professional. He was was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. There was NO pressure to buy a bed and he spent over an hour educating us on all the options available and helped us test a variety of options. We also met the store manager and Charise another sleep expert. We left the store, got lunch and went back and bought our new bed at the Sleep Number Store in Topeka. Excellent experience!

I had the pleasure of working with Joyce. (Sorry if I spelled it wrong) She was amazing to work with making the experience even all more worth it. She was very informative and patient. I had my two little girls with me and had to devote a few minutes here and there for them to keep them busy while my wife and I shopped. She was super nice and gave us time when we needed it rather than rushing us through. She didn’t try and push a sell for this bed or that bed but made sure we knew all our choices and to make sure we got what suited us. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Charise was very informative and got us signed up for our new sleep number.Joyce was also helpful at the beginning of the day when my husband went in and got a quote from her. Joyce was working for the store when we purchased our first one twenty years ago.Both ladies are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this business to others.
