I had blood on my eyebrows when I left the next morning I noticed i had 4 or 5 dots that were scabs All because they Had a new person doing eyebrows and then the lady Who said she had been there for 32 years, went back and went over what the New Girl did. When you're not supposed to go over more than once. Because you're pulling skin off during a wax. If you had been there for thirty two years , you should know that you Are never supposed to go over somebody's eyebrows with wax twice

DO NOT COME HERE. I asked for a simple frame of my face and layers. Natalie can’t even do that. A SIMPLE CUT. She made it so choppy and I only had layers on one side of my head. I had to go to a different person to get it fixed. It was awful. She barely talked to me through the entire service, another one of her clients came in and they were talking the entire time. At one point she wasn’t even looking at my hair, AND STILL CUTTING IT. Yes it’s cheap, but you really get what you pay for. HORRIBLE. If I could give it 0 stars I would!Service: Haircut

Rude. Showed up ten minutes early for my appointment and got an evil eye with a "we don't do walk-ins". I cancelled my appointment and won't return.

Came in for a trim for myself and a very simple haircut for my son. My son wanted an undercut. Shaved sides, long on top. She damn near gave him a high and tight. Completely botched my hair. Such blunt cuts on the ‘layers’ I was given. I’m writing this two days later because I need to go get it recut because i can’t straighten my hair because it is more obvious that it is completely screwed. I knew I should not have let that grumpy hair dresser touch my hair. Also feel like I was over charged completely. Somehow ended up being $54 for a child’s cut, a wash and cut, and $15 product. Can’t remember the lady’s name but she has longer brown hair that has blonde Balayage. Don’t use her if you go and she is your only option. Go somewhere else. I’m sure the other ladies there are great and professional.I forgot to add that she ARGUED about everything that I asked about doing on his hair. My daughter and I went there last Saturday November 6. I got my eye brows waxed and she got her hair cut short. Loved the results! The lady that helped us was personable, kind, patient and attentive. This is our place to go from now on!!!!

They got me in when every where else was booked for hours. So that was good. One lady was great. The other lady was having a bad day and wasnt the most professional but the haircut was okay.

Thank you for the much needed cuts! My husband and I were finally able to get in somewhere, and I'll admit - after not having much luck with SmartStyle Salon in other parts of the country, I was a little worried about going. But the ladies here at the 15th and Wanamaker Walmart not only listened to our needs/wants, but took care of us - even giving us a discount when our coupon didn't work. Friendly, quick but still did stellar jobs on our styles, I will definitely be going back to y'all again! Oh, and thank you for not teasing me about my Covid-bangs, lol! But more importantly, for FIXING them! ?

i visited a Smart Style Salon in the Walmart at 1301 SW 37 TH St, Topeka, KS 66611,Store #01686, numerous times, in the past year, and was serviced by the same lady every time, by the name of Jenny, she was medium built, black shoulder length hair,somewhat young, had numerous tatoos on her arms, and facial piercings. Around January, 2021, I went in to buy litre size shampoo and conditioner combo, and asked when they was going to have their litre sale, since i missed the Christmas sale. Jenny, was not very, helpful, friendly, or encouraging. In June, a couple days before the salon went out of business, i went in to purchase their marked down store closing merchandise. The salon had a confusing way of pricing items, the sale was a buy one item, and get three free, and i told Jenny before she began ringing me up, that i had a budget limitation, and when i stopped her to check my total, i was told that i could add a couple more items, andthis went on for two rounds, and when she gave me my grand total, i told her it was too much,and to remove some items. The 10 th, I returned, and realized, that jenny did not include the free trial sample that i was supposed to get, with my june 9 th purchase. I actually came as usual, and Jenny had an unforgiving attitude from the day before, and told me right away that she was only going to ring me up once, and did not even acknowledge my day befores purchase, and never before, in the past, has she even thanked me for my business of being their customer. The june 10th order was ready and rung up, but she got in an argument, when i mentioned to her that i did not get my day befores free sample, and since i was making another purchase, thati was wanting 2 free samples, i wasnt asking for much, sincne my purchase total came to around $230.00! The disagreement continued, and she returned my money, and rufused to sell to me, the salons last day was June 12, 2021
