My daughter has been going here for about a year and a half now and we love it! Her instructor is usually Ms. Caroline, who is absolutely amazing. Even if Ms. Caroline is out and another instructor is filling in, they are all awesome and so good/patient with the kids!Highly recommend to anyone looking to get their little (or even big) ones into gymnastics.

I am 36 years old with ZERO gymnastics experience. I signed up for the teen/adult class for a month and had so much fun! The coach was fantastic and made me feel right at home. She pushed me beyond my comfort zone and had me doing back handsprings by the time the last session ended. I would recommend this class to others and would definitely attend on a regular base! Her class was small, and we were all at different skill levels. She did a good job dividing her attention and tailoring our skills practice to fit our needs!

No matter what level of athlete you are, recreational or competition, they’re invested in bettering them all around. While part of it is obviously the sport and competition aspect, they strive to make sure that your kids learn what it takes to succeed in life as a whole making sure they work hard at everything they do. Can’t say enough great things about all of the coaches and gym staff.

I'm not very familiar with gymnastics as a whole,but Solar Athletics coaches and assistants are very very thorough when making sure you not only get your money's worth when you bring it to their gym,but you also fully understand what your getting.The coaches at Solar Athletics are very friendly,and do well to allow room for parents to take part in everything their children are learning,as well ? Great Job guys!

The owner lies, talks horrible about athletes, and their parents to other parents in the gym. Is rude and disrespectful to her customers. She spreads rumors about another gym owners personal life to other parents. She is the definition of toxic. She yells at the kids, says horrible things to them and then apologizes to them, only to repeat the cycle again. Run as fast as you can from this place. She'll probably claim none of this happened and my child was never enrolled there. But I have the texts/messages/ and pictures that shows different!! This is not the place to take your child!!!!

Solar Athletics is an amazing gym!! Coaches are caring and understanding and work with the kids not only on their teams but rec as well showing the kids their potential and also having fun at the same time.

Best gym ever! They always have the athletes and gyms best interests in mind! They work so great with the kids and communication is on point! Would recommend to anyone!!

Great for young kids to learn some skills that will help them in sports later. Plus good for them to have coaches and are required to listen to them.
