Don’t use t mobile if you don’t want to be charged unnecessary billing. I cancelled my service and since I was 4 days into the new billing process they charged me the full 30 days even though 26 of those days I was with a different carrier. I wasn’t using t mobiles resources or network and I was still liable for the full price. They don’t train their staff properly. I was told in store that I would only be responsible for my usage. Well that is incorrect according to corporate. The customer service was friendly but they aren’t knowledgeable about their own TOS. I would not recommend this carrier due to the sneaky TOS and the fact that the information you receive in store can be misleading or down right wrong. Not to mention they make it near impossible for customers to get information on their account if you cancel their service. I would consider using a different carrier than T mobile. I was dissatisfied with the way they handled my situation after becoming an ex customer.

Tara and Cory helped me out w/my iPhone 15, I couldn't get my phone/Apps to work unless I was around WiFi, Tara helped me and thought it might be a quick fix but it wasn't-she asked Cory to help me because she was with another customer. Cory tried several things and then finally called to get more help. After looking at our family plan mine was the only one that didn't have a data plan-Cory got me all fixed up and my phone works great now!

I went to store 8618 to resolve a problem with my phone, expecting to wait in line. I was waited on promptly and professionally by Trevon Ewing. We chatted a bit and he resolved my issue quickly and gave me advise to free up space without trying to sell me on an upgrade. Next time I go back, I will request him as the tech I want to help me. Thanks again for your professionalism Trevon.

The worst and slowest customer service. Employees lay around and lazy when working with customers. Most inefficient customer service I've ever seen! Unfortunately it's my only option. T-mobile do better !

Tara is the absolute best! I went in a couple of months ago to help my inlaws set up an account and Tara was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I returned to this location to purchase a new phone for myself because of how she treats her customers.

We had an amazing customer service experience with Tara! She was incredibly helpful in getting my mom's phone replaced. Tara was kind, thorough in her explanations, and had a friendly and funny personality. Her knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the process. Thanks to her outstanding service, the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. That is very appreciated, since these processes can be incredibly cumbersome and frustrating. We are grateful for Tara's dedication and professionalism, and our family highly appreciated her assistance.

I waited for almost an hour (which I expected) but then the staff member helping me just was not helpful at all. Gave very minimal info on questions, didn't really try to help at all as I explained what I needed, gave no alternative solutions or feedback. (Wish I could remember his name) but if I ever go back I will definitely request a different staff member.

Absolutely terrible customer service - unless you are black I highly recommend finding a different store to help you in person. I went in after no help from customer service over the phone. After explaining my situation, yes I was frustrated but I didnt raise my voice, didnt cuss, didnt yell. I got told to calm down and drop the attitude or I can leave. I felt very discriminated against as I was the only white person in there, there was a handful of black guests in there that were being treated appropriately and professionally. Im not sure why it was so hard for me to get that treatment as well other than I am white. Finally after refusing to help me I was able to helped by a nice gentleman over the phone, that was professional polite and profusely apologized for the "L"s customer service inside the store.

Worst customer service experience in my life. Went in to have them look at a phone that ghosting. After trying a handful of things said nothing they could do. Since we pay over $350 a month and have been a customer for 10+ years asked if they could work with us on a new phone. Told them I had been solicited by other carriers as everyone is. Was told not to threaten them by leaving. Then was told not interrupt them when they are talking.
