They had great service.
I have an insurance plan with Tmobile and it got so messed up! I really hope the top people in both companies can get together and prevent any further complications. It needs to be more streamlined and less back in forth with both companies at the same time. So frustrated w the process. I was told free repair but ended up costing me $80+.

Couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. My tablet needed repair and BEST Buy told me where your store is located. I was so glad to get the tablet repaired, therefore not having to replace it.

They were excellent and professional. I had a cracked back glass for my iPhone 12 Pro Max that I needed I trade in and they were able to fix it in a couple days, having to weight for the part. Once I went to pick it up, they noticed the screen had some striping on the front from during the repair so they quickly fixed that free of charge as their mistake!
Would gladly do business again but hoping o don’t have to! Definitely will be back if I do though!
