I find good stuff every time I shop here. The staff are always friendly, and very helpful. Could use more people on the registers, but overall a great experience.

They push to hard for credit cards, after telling the girl no 7 times she then proceeds to ask me “ well why not”. Just needs to learn when to read the room and stop. The girls at the register also lack costumer service. Other than that the store is clean, and always have nice stuff. It’s just an overwhelming and intimidating environment.

Not the best trip... I didn't like the gal checking me out. She held all of my bags behind the counter and gave all of them to me at once. Then I got home, and the flea shampoo leaked all over everything. I had intended to return the 1 bag. However, we had a house fire, and it was destroyed! Yes, i am a regular customer. I just no longer live in Topeka.im sure I'll be back it'll just be a minute after my latest experience.

Employee with a green shirt and kaki shorts teenager was dropped off by a red jeep and was extremely rude and can't follow rules to a parking lot so yes I waited to see who got out of the car and it was a worker that was the most surprising thing no wonder there are so many wrecks tj needs there own parking lot for those crazy shoppers if they act like that in a public parking lot

Was in a rush to get clothes for an event coming up, employee took forever to check me out and then on top of that you must have a bag usage policy for your employees since she tried to stuff everything into one bag until I mentioned using another bag. I get to the event and turns out you have womens clothes in the men’s section. How hard is it to decide if something has 3 letters and and the letter M versus having 5 letters and the letter W?

During my visit to the Topeka store I was double charged for a handbag. I live all the way in MHK so it’s a huge inconvenience to have to drive all the way back to Topeka for a refund. My cashier, Janice was too concerned about pushing a credit card on me instead of making sure she was ringing my transaction properly. Highly disappointed in my visit and more than likely I will never visit this location again.

Always very clean however the employees at check out are pushy. I understand its their job to offer the credit card but pushing three times is absolutely ridiculous, especially in this economy. Everyone’s financial situation is different and it’s embarrassing to continue to say no. I try to go as little as possible for this very reason and I’ve only seen this happen at this location. Please teach you employees that no is a complete sentence and pushing further is over stepping personal boundaries!

Store was clean and immaculate. I was looking for bathroom vanity items and had to improvise based on what I could find. The atmosphere seemed sophisticated but not inviting. The staff was on the floor but not asking to help or seemed focused on stocking. I would go again, just wish it was more inviting and better customer service.
