I just took my car over to top auto last week. They were able to get to get me in the same day and look over my car. The communication they had with me the entire was top notch. I feel whenever I go to a car shop they don’t really give me updates or communicate with about going on with my car. Joey did both and I felt really satisfied with that. When he finished looking over my car he sent me pictures and explained what was going on with my car. The app or system he uses for payment is really nice too. I was able to pick and choose what I wanted fixed right now and not pressured to pay and get everyone done. I just picked my car up today and it hasn’t ran this smoothly or sounded this nice since I got it 5 years ago. He’s up front with the cost and I felt like he wasn’t charging me and arm and a leg. I’m very satisfied with the whole experience.

Our van broke down and not only did they tow our vehicle but they repaired all of the brakes on it and we had a running vehicle the very next day! Great customer service from the ladies up front and Tyler is a man of his word. He did not charge more than his quote and he made sure to keep us updated. I will definitely do business with them again and recommend them to others that need work.

Top Auto is a fantastic place for any mechanical needs. Joey and crew really know their stuff. It’s a fairly new business but they have the experience and the know how to fix up a vehicle. My entire engine was replaced and suspension diagnosed by Joey, and done very very well. I would not hesitate to bring my car back in the future with whatever needs it. I live in Lawrence, KS and drive to Topeka to be able to have Joey work on it. Can’t recommend Top Auto enough.Services: Vehicle Inspection
