Had a Kubota mower from Lawrence and they finally bought it back from me and I got screwed over by them. So I started looking for a new mower and checked several places. I called out to Topeka Powersport. Mike seemed to know what he was talking about so I drove out there. Was treated great. Test drove a couple mowers and ended up with a new Hustler. Mike was great to deal with and said he would try and get it delivered as soon as possible. He made good on that because I had the mower that afternoon. I would definitely go back.

Don't let them lie to you! Nothing there takes 2 to 3 days, it's always like 2 weeks.

I was disappointed the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out. And I was there all but 5 minutes. I was interested in one of their bikes. I walk in and I see the bike as well as a person who I believed would have walked over to greet themself. But unfortunately I had to ask their service department if there was someone who could help me. And what do you know, the same person that saw me walk in went over to his phone to answer it. The fact it took someone to call Mr. Mike Render to help a customer he already saw, to come help is ridiculous. I don’t know if it was because I’m a woman or because I walked in with two of my kids. But he made me feel like I was a waste of time from the moment I walked in. And come to think, Mike Render is a sales manager. Not sure how since he lacks basic customer service skills. I’m hoping it wasn’t because I was a woman. Because seeing him more comfortable talking with a man after me, when I came back to get his business card, was highly disappointing. Mothers enjoy motorcycles to Mike. Never do I write a review, but I’m very disappointed with the service I got from Mike Render. Apparently a sales manger.I SEE A RESPONSE BUT I DONT KNOW HOW TO “reply back”. But unfortunately he was not busy. I was the only customer in the store at the time. He saw me and I saw him. And unfortunately it still took me to have to request service to call his office to acknowledge me. So it wasn’t the timing, I’m more than patient. I felt IGNORED. And when he finally spoke to me. He was ZERO help. I went to another SMALL place and got AMAZING service/ answers. Thank you for your response. However, I don’t agree with how you are wanting it to be portrayed.Thank you.

‘Powersports has been an AMAZING team to parter with. As a new shop to the Topeka block, they have helped me with amazing parts service for my customer’s rides, and are always on the ball. 10 out of 5!

Topeka Powersports is my first call for ANY parts I need. EXCELLENT service is clearly their mission, especially their parts department. The place is always very clean and everything looks solidly assembled, not thrown together. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Wow!I have pitched two machines from these incredible people here. I can’t even begin to tell you how honest, friendly and helpful they are EVERY SINGLE TIME I have reached out.I was in and out several times while looking at several machines at several places ultimately purchasing here because they gave me the right advice and knew they would stand behind it. Never once was I pressured and they actually made me feel like my business was appreciated ?Now let’s talk about the service department! Also incredibly helpful and top notch.They are an example of how the customer service side of business should run.I’ve already referred a sale for them and plan on referring more as I continue to do business here.Thank you all at Topeka Power Sports
