If you like truly great customer service this is the place for you. Charlie and his crew will do whatever it takes (within reason) to get the products you want to your job in a professional and timely manner. Of course no one person or organization is flawless. So when a hiccup does occur it is nearly always resolved with a simple phone call. I very highly recommend TWS for all your plumbing supply needs.
