I went into TS after 8:30pm and everyone was friendly, willing to help and as I was leaving, Kay offered to help load my dog and cat food into car. I have always been offered help and find the employees very friendly and helpful. I didn't get the man of the young man that helped load my dog food and look for something, but he was great too.

They close the dog wash two hours before the store closes just to clean it? When I worked at TSC, my store kept the dog wash open from the moment the store opened and until the store closed. Closing the dog wash down two hours before the store closes just to clean it is ridiculous. It does not take two hours to clean a wash bay- or at least, it didn't at my store.

Tabatha at the South Topeka store is top notch, whatever TSC is paying her, it is not enough. She is knowledgeable and very helpful. I will definitely be back for more farm supplies!

Won't fill propane tanks unless there brand new, even if they get recertified they won't fill. I have never had any luck with them filling my tanks even though they were recertified fall of 2022.

We were getting a new puppy and didn't have time to drive to the nearest Tractor Supply store an hour away. I got online and ordered the kibble. It was delivered in 2 days. Easy peasy. We have bought Tractor Supply's 4Health dog food for over 14 years!!!

We showed up sad cuz the mower we bought last year doesn't run & our trusty repairman can't fix it. We left in good spirits thanks to help at the Customer Service desk ! Rather than report to CubCadet we got short cut info that the local Tarwaters business handles Cub Cadet warranty work! Called them on the spot & now making progress on warranty work !
