I had been going to Zoe for acrylic nails. She keeps the salon freezing and I always hear staff an clients complaing about the cold while I am there. I agree it'sfreezing but zoe does what she wants. Zoe does great nails, no doubt there but it comes at a price of customer service. You have to sit through her bad moods and complaing about salon staff quarles. My last visit Zoe treated me poorly after running 30 mins late for my appointment and acting like i had the plague due to recovering from covid but no longer contagious. She never apologized for running late and then recoiled from me freaking out about covid. I would NEVER expose anyone and she should have known that about me. Yet she did my nails a week after having covid herself and I didn't complain or treat her bad. At least I was 2 qeeks out from having covid and vaccinated. She made such a scene and made me feel so bad I left. Zoe then never responded to my texts asking if I still had future appointments. Not professional in her actions or even common courtesy for a client of a year that always tipped well and never complained. Prior to this, Zoe also left me with a sharp nail that cut into my skin but she never responded to my text asking for help to fix. If you want great nails but at the price of a freezing salon and a grumpy personality, Zoe is your gal.Service: Acrylic nails

Karen was amazing she did a double appointment for my mother and myself. We absolutely loved her technique and education on nails. I would/am recommending Urban salon the atmosphere was great and the salon was clean and very stylish I might add. Can't wait to try their other services they offer.Service: Acrylic nails
