1 star for the most inaccessible bank on the planet.I wish I could comment on the customer service but unfortunately, they chose to be only be open during the most inconvenient hours of the week. Not only do they close at 3pm with the drive-thru closing at 4, but they also had the audacity to be open for only a few hours on Saturday and CLOSED on Sunday AND Monday for no reason. With the average person getting to work before they open, and getting off way AFTER they open, I just want to know who in their right mind thought that these hours made any sense at all. Cancelling my account as soon as I can actually salvage the time of day to get there on time.

Bank is completely closed by 4pm on a Friday no one even in drive-thru or nothing. People with jobs cant even cash a checks or anything cuz they're closed by 3. Im truly thinking about closing my account & taking my money to a bank that's actually open til 5. Went to Numerous location & they closed too. Count your days Us Bank. highly recommend taking your money elsewhere.

I dont normally do this but after the experience I just had I feel I have to. I called the us bank branch off of 37th and topeka blvd feeling kinda stressed due to me having a mortgage and virtually no way to pay it atm. Jordan is who i had the pleasure of talking too. He was kind, professional, and honest. He recommended phone numbers to call, different routes I could go finantally and guided me with step by step instructions to help and he stayed after hours just to help people like me. It is so hard to find great customer service these days, especially during a catastrophe. I would recommend this bank to everyone. I am a very satisfied costemer.

Cheap Bank!!! They tried to charge me $7.00 for cashing their own check. Pure scam and they should honor there own customers check. To me it shows they don't trust there own acct holders. To put it in easy words; Cheap bank and cheap business acct holder!
