Y’all really do suck, you can’t ever answer the phones like get off your ass and do your job. My mailman has been placing random peoples mail in other mailboxes in our apt. Leaving packages on top or under our apt mailboxes instead of being put at residents doors, been asked numerous times to stop leaving them out where they can keep getting taken, he’s done lost a 1k check of my neighbors. And I can’t seem to get ahold of anyone at the post office to file a complaint y’all need to check your employees

I drive by a UPS, a FEDex and at least one other USPS just to see Ms Sheryl. She is amazing! Always smiling, friendly, and makes me feel like family everytime i come in. I hope USPS knows how lucky they are to have this woman representing their company!

They need to close that place before someone gets SA'd while waiting on any of those lazy clerks to answer the buzz. Random unhoused individuals coming up to you as you shift through documents containing personal address is not my idea of quality service.
Lady with the short gray hair ignored buzzers then was rude to everyone. Just retire. We had to pay for parking we didn't need funky attitude and bad customer service, even if it was free.

Well, I must say, my recent visit to the post office was quite the experience! It was truly a sight to behold. There I was, standing ever so patiently, while countless conversations flourished in the background. How splendid! The absence of any staff members at the register was truly a stroke of brilliance. I diligently rang that bell, dedicating a solid three minutes of my time, and even took the liberty of raising my voice a tad, hoping to attract some attention. But oh, how mistaken I was! It seems that my efforts were met with a complete lack of interest on the part of the staff. They were simply too busy to grace the frickin' counter with their presence. What a shining example of professionalism! Needless to say, I swiftly departed the premises without so much as a second thought. What a joyous day it has been! Ugh!

The front desk clerk could use a refresher course in customer service. Instead of greeting you and asking how she can help, she immediately starts shouting commands at you. While I was patiently waiting for the customers in front of me to finish, she kept yelling at me to 'bring your envelope here!' even though I wasn't just dropping off an envelope and was perfectly content to wait my turn. She never asked, "are you just dropping off?" She might benefit from a training that teaches her to ask questions that help her know what the customer needs help with. Most days I have the patience for her, but today was just too much. I'm ready to start going to a different location to avoid her.

There should be a mental competency test to work at the post office because clearly there is none and anyone can walk off the street and get a job. Being qualified competent and capable are not attributes you need to work here. So now me and the retards are going back and forth once again. When are they going to completely eliminate this useless service.

My package came beat up box is crushed and bent in and dented in! There is even a sticker that says handle with care fragile thank you. You guys need to get a new team! Because this is ridiculous. People pay good money for their items and for shipping! The least you can do is treat the packages a little better!!
