Terrible customer service. Watched the employee give a giant stack of free bubble envelopes to the person in front of me but then directed me to turn around and purchase one. Absolutely not.

Absolutely terrible. Delivers package to wrong mailbox and upon notifying them they end up giving me a key that doesn't work. They've been holding my mail hostage for half a week now. Don't bother calling the number because you just deal with a useless automated service. Pay extra to have stuff shipped FedEx or UPS...

Second time my package was "stolen" from a parcel locker. The key left in my box was for a locker that was already opened with a key in it. I called and they said oh yeah that box was broken into. It looked like it was opened by a key not broken into. Said they would send someone by. He sat outside my house a few minutes, never got out of this vehicle and then drove off.

Not sure why I pay for 2 day priority shipping when it actually takes 6 days!! Why not just tell us to ship first class and save us a buck? I'm sad to say the USPS is as slow as molasses. #Frustrated

This was easy, fast and friendly. I prefer this post office in topeka. The wait is usually less than 5 min, and they are very helpful

I thought the wait time was too long and customer service would be rated as poor in my view. Staff was rude and entitled. Made you feel guilty for asking a question.

I work for a woman who is terminally ill and she sent me to this post office to get a letter that she was informed that was there being held for her. I arrived 10 minutes before closing time, as the business hours were posted on the door. The lobby doors were still unlocked but the main office was closed- at 10 til closing time. I called my boss to let her know that they we're closed and to let her know that they had different size shipping boxes that you could buy, when a lady came rushing very quickly out of the main office door and practically ran me over to get me out of the lobby doors, saying "I need to lock these doors, I really need to get these doors locked!" So at this point I'm still on the phone with my boss and she's asking me to ask the lady a couple questions and the lady was taking down the U.S. flag, was basically shaking her head at me telling me, "no, you'll have to take care of it on Monday!" She wouldn't even listen to the question I had. It was so rude and it really made me mad that I got there in time (10 minutes before they closed) and this was how they treated me! I am not a happy customer!!!???

I am very overwhelmed with my postal service I recently moved to a new location never seen my post man or woman but I received a phone call coming from my home the call was about verifying myself before she even thought about putting mail in my box or handling it over to the person opening the door the postal person went beyond she made sure a check was secured into the right hand it really bought tears to my eyes thank you post person thank you for going beyond.
