Miss Doreen was incredible! She was very helpful, patient and kind, well mostly patient as I didn't come prepared at all. What an asset to valley self storage. Kudos and god bless!

This is the best and safest feeling storage facility I've ever experienced. The Madison St. manager is kind, honest, and on top of things. So glad I found this facility to entrust with my memories!
