I didn't have an appointment, but was greeted immediately. And I had my 2yro daughter with me. I was helped quickly and it didn't take long at all to fix my problem. Thank you Verizon

Went in to get a new phone. Wanted to purchase it outright as to not affect the monthly plan. Sales rep tried to convince me to sign up for monthly payments then pay it off later which would have affected monthly plan and Manager was more interested in selling me internet. Obviously more worried about upselling then what I actually wanted to do as a customer. Left to purchase phone elsewhere.

The most unfriendly and patronizing employees I’ve ever dealt with. It’s very clear that the unprofessional conduct is demonstrated from the manager and then repeated by the other staff members. There was no problem solving today, just empty promises and horrible customer service. When I went into a different carriers store and switched providers the place was filled with people that also dealt with the rude conduct from Verizon today. I have been a customer for over 14 years! And I’ve never been so glad to be done and to never have to deal with that type of childish behavior again. Their attitudes would have been inappropriate for the McDonald’s drive thru. Too bad you can’t leave 0 stars!

Very busy on a Sunday. Went in for help with our hot spot. They said it needed a new battery which they didn't carry. Friendly employees.

Went to upgrade my phone. Was charged before phone was grabbed and was never asked about in-store setup/the fee involved. He only brought up activating it after, giving me the option but not telling me that’s what he charged me. Granted support gave me a credit, but the shadiness is not okay.

My internet service is very poor where I live and when I report it to them they give me 10 reasons why, but of course it's never THEIR Fault!. Maybe aliens came down in a spaceship and did something to their Tower, who knows!So nothing ever improves and nothing ever changes, that's the way it will always be with Verizon.

My phone stopped working so I stopped by Verizon and Victoria had a new SIM card in my phone in a few minutes to get it working again. She’s great!

Poor customer service, expect employees to tell you anything to get a sale, even if it means not disclosing parts of the contract that could cost you HUNDREDS. As soon as they realize that you are not going to buy a phone WITH $150 worth of accessories, they shuffle you out the door or come up with “account issues” that prevent them from actually assisting you.

Wanted to take the time to thank Antonio for his superior customer service. Our family is going through a difficult time and his kind words, and amazing genuine smile made the day just a little better. We will continue service with Verizon because of him. This outstanding young man is going places in life. Someone needs to promote this kid or I’ll end up hiring him to work for me! As far as the store goes, it was clean, and service from the other associates were was friendly and fast. Antonio had to touch base with the manager with a question and they were excellent as well. 5 stars ⭐️
