We don't wish foundation problems on anyone, but if this happens to you you must call Wagner's Mud-Jacking. This locally owned, family run business does amazing work. They are professional, knowledgeable, thorough, helpful...the list could go on and on. They will do the job right.Service: Foundations

We contacted Wagner's shortly after recent issues with an existing egress window and explicitly indicated several times that we only wanted to replace the corrugated metal well with plastic or fiberglass. The estimator confirmed that was an option; a week later, still no estimate so I finally called them. My return call netted a gentleman that tried to convince me to go with a corrugated metal well even though he agreed it was prone to rusting; after directly asking him if he was uninterested/unwilling to install a plastic/fiberglass well, he confirmed he was not. We wasted a week waiting for this company to help us solve a problem they aren't interested in solving. Oh, but the estimator had plenty of time to walk me around my property trying to sell me on other work for the company. Moving on!Update: We contacted Wagner's about mudjacking at our home this month. They were great about coming out quickly, taking a look at our issues and providing us some options. I called to ask that we move forward with a proposal and the person on the phone indicated they would get back to us shortly and took my information. I received a call from a gentleman, who didn't identify himself, reminding me that I had put in a "bad review" on them last year. This is just so unfortunate and we apparently will not be using them for this project either.

These folks were so friendly to work with. The depth of experience I encountered gave me great confidence in the work they proposed, and after the job, they left the site clean and tidy.Service: Concrete footings

My husband and I were both very impressed with the crew that showed up and repaired our foundation. They demonstrated extraordinary work habits. They were efficient, polite, and very respectful of our property and inquiries! The quality of the repairs appears thorough and I think that they left the basement cleaner than when they arrived. We requested their services on a recommendation and would recommend them to anyone!Services: Structural construction assistance

We have hired Wagner’s on 3 separate occasions. Each time they did exceptional work and we have had no issues!! The first to fix an egress window and drainage that was not done right by another, the second time to replace another window that needed drains and a new window well and the third time to install a new egress window in our basement. We will hire again if we need foundation work done. Trustworthy service!Service: Foundations

I can’t say enough good things about Wagner’s Mud jacking and Todd and his crew of workmen. They turned a problematic basement into an engineering marvel with heavy-duty repairs, steel supports, concrete and more. They went the extra mile each and every day, cleaned up after themselves and generally had a high degree of respect for my farmhouse. Todd went around and identified other issues with the property that needed repair and got those into the budget in a manner that I was highly satisfied with. Wagner’s was the second company we called for an estimate, and they came in thousands of dollars under the “big guys”. I HIGHLY recommend Wagner’s Mud jacking Inc. S. Ford – Topeka, KS. My dad hired them to mud jack my home 4years ago. We are selling my home and the inspection showed they filled the bedroom vent with cement. They said we can't prove they did it and will charge him 1700 to fix it or more. I feel that they are taking advantage of an elderly man. If they didn't do it, wouldn't they have made note of it and told him and put it on the invoice when the job was completed? The inspections he had done before he purchased the home checked the vents and they were fine. They also put holes in the walls and scuffed the paint. Terrible work!

Great communication and fantastic crew. They expertly dug around our fence and trees, quickly identified our foundation drainage problems, and explained in detail both the problem and their solution. After the work was done they put down grass seed & straw. Very fair & reasonable price.

A horrible experience and I didn't even do business with them! Recently I called Wagner's to do an estimate for some concrete that needed mudjacking due to the extremely dry summer last year. After a number of back and forth phone calls, the technician arrived at my house to look at my problems. He asked me what I was needing fixed. I advised him that I needed some work done on the patio/sidewalk in the front and some work done on the patio/sidewalk in the rear, and that I was wanting to get it fixed before the concrete broke from not being supported properly. He quickly told me that "they had stacks and stacks of jobs, anywhere between $30,000 and $60,000 and that they wouldn't have time to get around to my little job. If they did find time, it would be at least 5 or 6 months before they could get back out here." He never did look at any of the work that I needed done and it was very clear that my job was not important to them. He also suggested that I call one of the other mudjacking companies in town. It's been a long time since I've had such poor service from one of the local businesses. I understand that people are busy and good for them, but that's no reason to brush me off just because my job isn't as big as some others. Hopefully my experience with the other mudjackers in town will be better.
