How is this store the absolute worst in customer service than any other one in Topeka. Every single time I HAVE to go in to this store for my dad's prescription they always have an attitude in front. Today they wouldn't let my 2 year old go potty, I understand an adult but she's 2 and potty training. This store needs to be re-evaluated!

Walgreens pharmacy is a great place to get your medication. Staff is very nice, friendly and helpful.
If your medication is out of stock they do what they can to find it at another location or order which normally takes about 24 hours

The staff was nice but they were not well stocked on items and I had to wait a long time to get certain things unlocked

The pharmacy service is awful. They are never ready on time or they'll message you saying you have prescriptions ready, and when you stop by to collect, they tell you they don't see anything in their system for you. I'm so done with them.

Went in to get some candy and the older lady working register had an attitude. My card declined and there were other people behind me and yanked my card out my hand and said ill do it myself and it worked then but the attitude she had.

Hours on website are never correct, and corrected time isn't on the windows either so frustrating!!!!

This is in a nice Walgreens here in downtown Topeka.The lady at the register was nice. She was very helpful.This location didn't have a lot of people in the store.The pharmacy has a drive-thru. It's very active.This store has groceries and things you need for the house .School supplies and cards to send to your loved ones.They have a place to get photos and to get your passport pictures.It's super convenient. ?Today is July 21, 2023Now they have sales going. I saw the Starbucks DoubleShot.Two for 5 dollars, and I grab them every time. At the checkout, they give me a different price. Now, if it's the system or stocking issue.Make sure you take a picture of the sales items. So when they ring you up, you get what they are advertising.

Their sign outside had 12 pk Coke of 3 for 12. Once you got inside When the clerk rang them up, it was $19 and change. . That's SO WRONG!!!!

Walgreens is like a second home to get quick food products and vitamins and has a pharmacy walkins and drive thru with a rewards program that builds up points you can use later as cash back dollars and you only pay a fraction of the costs because the rewards takes care of the bulk of your money. 1001 SW Topeka Blvd in Topeka Kansas is a go to place to find everything you need and the CEO's need to take care of the store by keeping everything stocked up because this store is always running out of products and this store does a lot of business with cooperates and locals.
