This Walgreens is not very friendly. Associates were on their phones as u check out. No smiles. They look as if they don't even want to be there. I would gonout of my way to go to a friendlier Walgreens. This one is always my last resort even tho it's theb closer one to me.

If I could give a neg review I would no manager to help. The girl working the register was to worried about flirting to do her job. I asked her if she got the right rewards account and she was like oh no so I didn't get the Walgreens discount or the 5.00 rewards for my purchase. I see why people are boycotting

This is the primary location that we go to since we have moved to the area and out of all of the Walgreens in this Topeka area I would highly recommend this location specifically. However, all locations have issues with staff members wanting or feeling like they are a boss or they are in control of everything, and these are not managers or assistant, managers or directors these are just the employees that work, the floor and the registers. That would be my one feedback for the Walgreens in this area would be to teach the staff that there is some flexibility with coupons, sales, just regular purchases. no the customer is not always right. However, when a customer does ask for you to try something, it would be nice to at least be acknowledged and try and not just shut people down all the time. This happens at all of the locations.
Another thing I do love about Walgreens and this is as a company, they always have unique different gifts that nobody else carries. I use this trick with my husband when it comes to holidays. He always ask where I find some of the super cool things that we give us gifts. To this day still haven’t told him I kept most of them from Walgreens. So thank you for being different and unique and that aspect.

Had multiple problems with pharmacy not refilling meds or lieing abt insurance on file. Never send refill order in a timely fashion so i am out of meds for days.Photo orders are never ready on time. Today order was supposed to be ready at 330pm. Went for pick up at 6pm to give extra time and was told to come back next day.

Did not have basic items i needed. Shevels were not stocked. Long wait for check out especially for handicapedNeed more people to check customers out. I do not shop at Walmart much anymore. Find better service at nearby stores and people are much friendlier.

I was hired as a shift lead and I was told all was waiting for was background check to come back and then I was told it was delayed and now going on a month a still no start date nor a call or anything on whats going on. The excuse was the ones doing background check got hacked. So don't apply at this store bc you will get hired and then they won't start you or anything.

Went to get my prescription at 730 pm that I called about it at 330pm and got refilled they said it’s processing and will be ready by 5pm , got very rude customer service by the Pharmacist named Joshua M. He literally said with an attitude “ it’s still processing give it bout 30 mins n it’ll be ready n seriously dropped the phone and walked off !!!then I told him they said it would have been ready by 5pm and he said well if you talked to the phone person they don’t know what they’re talking bout I have 496 prescriptions needed filled. Like I understand but could have atleast been nice like a pharmacist technician should be .

Excellent service. I have never ran into a rude pharmacist or pharmacy technician. If you do have to wait a little while for a prescription it's not the end of the world.
