The pharmacy is absolutely horrible. Multiply times we will get a notification that our prescription is ready to be picked up, only to find out it's not ready, or they never have received it from the dr office, or it's on back order. Quit telling me it's ready when it not, you're wasting my time. They blame everyone else but themselves for their incompetence. Either fix the system or replace the staff!!!

1. I stood there for 3 mins before anyone acknowledged me. I was standing and eventually 3 customers came by behind me. They just helped others and totally ignored me.
2. There’s an older female employee that kept interacting with me with huge frustration when it came to printing my digital passport picture that WALGREENS sent to me since I bought a copy that week. She made it seem like I was making it up. She was simply rude. I’m not sure if she had an issue of me because I look “different” from her but I was cool and collective. I eventually walked out because she wasn’t even trying to assist me. My issue is not even about the printing process, my issue with her is she could have handled this situation with a simple “sorry this will not print” or something like that. Sad part is this was my first time at this location and definitely my last. Horrible experience.

I was in yesterday and I assume the manager, it was a taller guy I think his name was Don or Donny maybe but he was kind of rude and I over heard the way he was talking to his employees and he was being completely disrespectful to them, I'm 65 years old and I know if someone talked down to me like that I would not be coming back to work I'm surprised they have any working there if that's how management is to there employees.

Love this store!! In my neighborhood and have been going here for thirty years. Went to the pharmacy for almost that length of time too until changing several years ago. Love the cheap bottles of water in the fridge. Love the nice SW location.

Closed on weekends. Extremely short staffed. Takes days to get your medications. If you send any prescriptions there that you need right away good luck.

Absolutely horrible pharmacy service lately. Drive through line of cars to the street and line 10 deep inside. The best part of this, as I'm walking in the store at 5:10 pm I recognize a manager that works here getting in his car and leaving for the day. Really? You're gonna leave when your store is this busy? Absolute failure, gonna have to fire walgreens after 20+ years and just start getting my maintenance meds in the mail.

Pretty disappointed I walked up to the pharmacy counter as the clerk was checking someone out and was told I'd have to come back in an hour they were closing for lunch. It was literally 1 minute after their lunch time. Would not have taken more than 3 minutes for me to get my one prescription and check out but now I have to drive all the way back to pick it up. I don't understand the poor customer service mentality and just can't believe the clerk would not do a good deed for a fellow human being.

The staff in the pharmacy are rude to one another and unempathetic and condescending to customers. Very uncomfortable.

I like the central location, and their hours are decent (though I wish they were 24/7) but they are severely understaffed in the pharmacy or something because I've had more issues than I can count on wait times, texts saying scrips were ready but weren't actually ready, etc. Mess. Edit: This is the last straw. I ran out of both thyroid medication and antidepressant last week, I promptly ordered more well before the weekend and it's now Monday afternoon and they're still not in bottles. ANTIDEPRESSANT aka life or death for some people. Not only are they borderline incompetent during the week, now they're closed weekends.This is beyond inconvenient at this point. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

Pharmacy is a joke. I was on hold with them for 1:14 yesterday. They simply do not answer the phone if it gets busy.

States they close at midnight. Closed the store 10 minutes early apparently because when I got there at 11:50 the lights were off. Even called ahead and they said they closed at midnight. Thanks for nothing Walgreens.
