I'm giving it a low rating because they have not great customer service, they have messed up my delivery orders more than a few times, I've had to deal with rude delivery drivers, including one who left two gallons of milk and some soda on the bottom step of my complex, they have inconsistent deli stock, and I've had to deal with rude employees who didn't fully answer my question. Also their complaint department seems to not exist.

First let me say I despise this store because my former ex used to be a manager here so that should tell you. I stopped in for gardening supplies and I was greeted by an older woman who had a very nasty attitude. I asked if they had carts for bigger items but the older lady told me I did not need one. So when I finally found what I thought was an actual deal I gave Mike the item number which was clearly marked as four dollars and sixty four cents. When I drove to load up my items I looked at my receipt and decided to discuss this with Miranda the manager. fyi she took 20 mins to arrive. Her solution: "I can give you one for that price"! I realize math is challenging but clearly I bought four in good faith. Customer service was contacted and I will happily shop somewhere else!

I want to thank the associates at Walmart on 37th St for their attention and professionalism. They have helped me more than once when I have been absent minded. I can tell they take their jobs seriously. I'm sure it's not always easy dealing with the public but I am thankful for the essential employees at this Walmart!

Very consistently out of stock on everything. I've visited this Walmart at least 40 times as it is close to my house but most of the time I have to go to another Walmart making it the least convenient Walmart location in town in my opinion.

As Walmart's go, this one is fairly cool. I've had my issues with Walmarts in the past, but this one seems to be pretty good for the Topeka area. Has a winding road to get to it, which if you're not from Topeka might be a little off-putting. But the online pickup shopping area is clearly noted, huge signs in the parking lots to know where you can park and where you can't. The facility is very clean, and shelves are stocked well. I think what made this location get four stars is because I didn't have to practically run and tackle down a worker to get help. When I asked for help, I was quickly responded to in a friendly and courteous manner and that is what I like to see when I give my business to a company. This Walmart is a okay

Didn't find anything offensive in this Walmart. People were polite and nice and even funny. Had to climb into one of the freezers to get something off the top shelf, which sparked some humorous comments. Found everything on our shopping list. We are visitors to the Topeka area and will use this Walmart again next time we are in this area.

This is the most pathetic Walmart I have ever been to. I have to drive across town to one of the other three Walmarts in Topeka to get the newest hot wheels out. Mattel has a contract with Walmart to have new hot wheels every month, and this Walmart hasn't put out a new assortment since right before Christmas. I over heard an employee talking to a co working saying collecting Hot Wheels is stupid. I will be calling corporate about this Walmart.

I tried the "order online, pick up at store" service for the first time. First, it was difficult to find the pickup door. The lady getting my groceries loaded was nice. They give you a first-time "goody bag". In mine was molded applesauce! And a bunch of other useless crap.

I Hate Walmart!!! 1. They barely have anything stocked. 2. The employee's always act like they have something stuck in their ass. 3. I love how if you are at Hy-Vee or Dillons and you need assistance then the employees at both stores will go the extra mile for their customers. Now it is completely opposite if you try to get assistance from a Walmart employee. It's like they are trained to not help customers. 4. I believe that this is the main thing that irritates me is the very few cashiers working. You would think that the General Manager would actually care about their employees and customers. At Hy-Vee and Dillons they get a extra employee to help being a cashier temporarily then that employee can go stock the shelves. 5. I doubt that my review will make a difference so I guess we will see. 7. About two or three years ago I sent these same issues about the 37th Walmart and the General Manager said that it hurts him to know that his store was in that type of shape but he said that he will do his best to fix all of the the issues. Clearly he did not do anything. What a surprise!

Ok, first things first. I *know* this is a Wal-Mart so I really should NOT be expecting much but this has got to be the most ghetto Wal-Mart in the country. This 1 star is for the experience due to the patrons, not the store (though the store didn't seem very organized either). 1. There are like 10 babies crying at ALL TIMES. 2. You don't need to wonder why all the complementary electric wheel carts are all 'out'. Everyone is morbidly obese or lazy or both... no old people. 3. This was the first time I had the privilege of going to the customer service line and holy hell that puts Wal-Mart ghetto on a new level. I was behind maybe 4 people and EVERY SINGLE PERSON was clearly just trying to get either a better product than they had bought or Wal-Mart credit or straight cash even though 3/4 of their stories of their lost receipts seemed really shady. Forget it, I'm giving it 2 stars out of pity for the staff.

If there was a zero star rating, this Wal-Mart would get it. I have been in MANY wal-marts in my time, but this one was SO dated, dirty and it seemed as if all the YOU TUBE videos we see about the frumpy, dumpy, lumpy people are all filmed at this location! It was disgusting! I hope to never go back there while in Topeka! Serenity NOW!!!

They are a great place to shop. They usually have what I'm looking for, and if not, it's at the one on Wanamaker (though their restrooms are more appealing). I would ask for more cashiers during busy times, but that seems to be a uniform problem across all Walmarts. I really did appreciate the time their tire & lube tried to help me out with a leaky tire, couldn't fix it, and didn't charge - this despite me expecting the bill for the balance and smoothing out the wheel from my curb checking!

Nice to go here at night when the crowds are a little lighter. Selection is slightly smaller than the "Super Walmart" on Wanamaker. Parking lot is a million times better than the north store.
