“I was in a few days ago and there was one employee and she was clearly swamped! They were short a person, the fitting rooms were full, they had shipment that needed to go out and there were many people in the store. Layne, the one employee, was doing her very best to hold down the fort! There were kids screaming while their moms were trying on clothes and Layne kept it together (at least on the outside, not sure how she was feeling inside ☺️). In short she was a multitasking queen! This is such a difficult situation to be in and Layne was still attentive to her customers with a positive attitude. Torrid is lucky to have Layne and please get her some support help until the manager is back!!”
