“Had a surprise issue pop up when a battery suddenly crapped out in a parking lot late on a Thursday afternoon. They helped me get it in and out by closing time (5:30) on Friday. Now while I admit, I may have been lucky in it being a simple fix, but David was awesome. He kept me informed and updated through the day, which I appreciated immensely.
