“I have been to so many different mechanic shops and as a woman, I am treated as though I don’t know anything (which I do, as I’ve done a lot of my own car repairs) but Mitch at automotive specialists is awesome!! Super down to earth and won’t give you anything you don’t need. He’s straight forward and honest and will explain to you why he is suggesting what he’s suggesting and will even take you back into the shop to see what he’s looking at if you want. We live on the west side of wichita, but we will drive the 45 minutes to go to Mitch’s shop; it’s totally worth the drive!”

I dropped a set of tires for my truck off there yesterday and I didn’t expect them back till maybe the weekend. He called the same day and said he had em ready to go!! All 4 tires mounted on wheels with balancing only cost me a 100 BILL”

Initially dealt with U-Haul online and over the phone, But found that it was much more helpful to call STEWART customs & restoration, the local U-Haul manager, to get everything straight. Lonnie was so much more helpful than Uhaul corporate!”

“Absolutely spectacular!I am a college student, and on my way from Thanksgiving break, I got into a pretty serious accident. I was three hours from home, and my car was taken to Collison Center of El Dorado. I am so thankful that was the case! Throughout the entire process, the team kept in contact with myself and my family to make sure we were in the loop despite living in a different state. The appraisal took less than 30 minutes and was simple and easy. Will report back after scheduled repairs, but I'm optimistic based on my interactions with them at this time.”
