Had a surprise issue pop up when a battery suddenly crapped out in a parking lot late on a Thursday afternoon. They helped me get it in and out by closing time (5:30) on Friday. Now while I admit, I may have been lucky in it being a simple fix, but David was awesome. He kept me informed and updated through the day, which I appreciated immensely. Already planning on taking my truck in and share more of my paychecks with them. Great experience, would recommend.

I took my car in for an alignment. They did a free inspection and sent all the details for me to review. They found some other issues that need addressed but not immediately which will allow for work in those repairs with them as I can with them not needing immediate attention. They followed up with me the next day about the service I received and asked how my car was driving which is amazing! Definitely recommend them!

I had an excellent experience with MYERS Automotive in Towanda. I was very impressed with the entire experience!
While traveling from Chicago to Augusta, my vehicle started to experience some overheating issues during my last 50 to 100 miles. When stopping for gas several times , the temperature guage always rose up to HIGH and I added coolant to the reserve tank in case I was losing fluid and to protect my engine. It goes without saying that I was extremely nervous and agitated and scared. I continued to drive caustically and conservatively so not to overheat and destroy my engine
Because I was from out of town and didn’t know of any good shops, I was extremely stressed and anxious, nervous to bring my car to someone I was unfamiliar with and furthermore to bring my classic 1991 Toyota Supra to a shop that may not share my beliefs about conducting quality workmanship and taking pride in delivering excellent customer service .
After visiting several radiator shops that were unable to help me, it was recommended that I call MYERS Automotive Group.
Spoke to Ben over the phone and he had a very friendly and relaxed voice . He said hem may be able to help me
Ben was professional and made me feel very relaxed. Ben keep me in the loop during the whole process and delivered excellent customer service. Mike, the mechanic, was patient with showing me the exact problems. I felt very comfortable and trusted that my car was in great hands.
MYERS AUTOMOTIVE TOWANDA EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS…I’m a very happy and satisfied new customer. I was very fortunate to have Ben & Mike of MYERS Automotive work on my vehicle because of delivery of quality work and desire to meet the customer needs. MYERS Automotive backs there work with an excellent warranty is an added bonus and was the “cherry on top” of everything!
I will definitely return for service work when visiting Kansas again . I highly recommend the MYERS Automotive Group and specifically the great group in Towanda

Always get good service with Myers Automotive. I like that not only do they change my oil, they look over the rest and check for current problems as well as a heads up as to how close I am to needing new tires or brake issues, etc. Guys in front office are good, as well. Good customers service from start to finish.

Meyers Automotive has taken care of several major issues with our vehicle with open communication. They worked with our extended warranty to cover expenses and resolve our issues. They were a faster turn around and had open availability compared to the dealership.
