Gary kistler ran a very good business. But new owners are flying his hard work into the ground. Tried 3 times to give them a chance all 3 times failed

Buyer beware, went in for front end alignment and was told I needed tie rod ends, shocks and wheel bearings greased all for $700.00 before they could align my vehicle. Told I would have to bring back cause it takes a while to get parts. Needing to go out of town told them my mechanic can get parts and do the job quick. My mechanic said nothing wrong with tie rods and yes needing shocks. That got the owner fired up, charged me and asked when I bring back for alignment does this go toward bill, answer “no” only towards mechanic work. What a role model. This guy is riding on previous owners name. That only last so long.
They say shop local, ha not in Udall.

Called on 9/24 to inquire about a specific tire that I’ve ordered several times over the years from Kistler. Kash took my info along with tire spec and told me he’d get back with me. Never even bothered to call me back to this day(10/4/24). I texted the owner who informed me he sold the place last of August and I needed to get ahold of Kash. I proceeded to tell Gary (via text) that I in fact did talk to Kash and that I found a new tire shop. His response, “They sure are loosing a lot of business “. They definitely lost mine. Do they care? Apparently not. Do yourself a favor and find another tire shop.

Had a slow leak, it was fixed and I was back on the road in less than 20 minutes. How could that be any better honestly?

I stated twice that the tires were new & did not need to be rotated. Guess who paid for a rotation, balance, & alignment today. All questions were answered with "Well, I wasn't here when your car was serviced." How that equates to an unnecessary $60 fee, I will never understand. Women, don't go unattended. You will not be taken seriously.

Hard-working bunch of guys, I highly recommend them for anything concerning tires. They are extremely busy because they are so good. We get a lot of our multi-ply tires for the farm from Gary, he is great to work with.

We had a low tire on our way to the city and stopped for air, they were so kind. As we drove away a young man came running flagging us down apparently there was something dragging under the car. They were all so kind.

Gary is rude and scolded my husband like a naughty child. Why did he act this way? Because his business was called out for taking advantage of my disabled husband. Your service is overrated and your prices are way too high. He asked for the basic oil change for $45 and you end up charging him almost double and claim all of this nickel and dime nonsense. Do you do this to every customer since you are the only game in town? We will make the drive up to Wichita from now on.

I've used Kistler in the past and had a good experience but today I pulled in and the rudely told me they didn't have time. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Just got back on the road from Kistler. I'd found two screws in my tire after id noticed the low pressure light came on and figured theirs would be the best parking lot to change a tire in. A young man kindly gave me a tire pressure gauge. My tire isn't totally screwed so I took off. Nice guy, good shop, 10/10 would recommend
