“The state of the art drive thru ATM is a great new addition. It means you can do your banking 24 hours a day. If you forget your debit card no problem! Use your driver's license to make transactions. This ATM can do everything a teller can in the drive thru. I still prefer to do face to face banking. The tellers are friendly and helpful. I haven't needed to apply for a loan so I have no opinion of the loan officers. I love the fact that this bank has branches in Johnson, Syracuse and Garden City. It has proven to be a good thing.”

“I have banked with Grant County Bank for 22 years. I have had no problems at all. The people who work there - upstairs and downstairs - are congenial, kind, attentive and interested in helping their customers. I find they really go out of their way to help customers who need help. They have straightened out some of my most confusing messes financially, and that is priceless to me. I never feel that my money is not safe there. I have had two or three accounts in this bank and no screw-ups. I feel that a customer gets the service he or she deserves, based on their own attitude and manners.
