We are supposed to be getting 100 Mbps for the price we pay, instead we are actually getting between 8-10 Mbps. I just want to know why it so low, why aren't we getting close to what we pay for?

Terrible service. Loose connection frequently. Replaced my router with no improvement. Now they want to charge me $150 for a technician to come and fix their problem. Pretty good deal for them when they are the only game in town.

$299.99 for 1 Gbps is insane especially in this day and age.
they're the only good option but are too expensive been with them since 2019 and service has been good but pricing has too change!

Terrible internet service for the past 10 years! Overpriced for what I pay, $80/month for 20mb and maybe get 8-10. You would think as much as I complain they would fix the issues so they wouldn’t have to hear from me on a regular basis but no let’s just power cycle the equipment and start the process all over again! Point blank they have a monopoly on wired internet and it’s sickening! Pioneer definitely deserves 0 stars!
