Very personable and knowledgeable ladies. I had an issue with Wellcare on correcting a birthdate. After 6 phone calls, 3 texts, and the clarity of their conversations, Kris volunteered to make a 3-way call. She took care of the problem promptly!! Highly recommend their expertise!!!!
