24/7 Travel Store, founded in Salina, Kansas in 1963, has grown from a single station to 10 travel plazas along I-70 and I-135, dedicated to quality and convenience for travelers. The local teams have long-standing experience, with some members serving for over 30 years, ensuring that every traveler's needs are met. However, the store has received mixed reviews. Some customers have noted issues such as a bait-and-switch pricing strategy for fuel, with a cash-only price for 15% ethanol fuel being advertised prominently. While the store is recognized for its clean environment and helpful staff, the customer service has been criticized, with reports of unfriendly cashiers. Additionally, the rewards system often malfunctions, and there are suggestions for improved facilities, such as a women's lounge. Despite these concerns, many travelers appreciate the ease of access and convenience of the Travel Store. It provides a safe place to rest with ample parking, allowing travelers to take breaks without the pressure of constant purchases. Overall, 24/7 Travel Store continues to serve as a reliable stop for those on the road.
