“I've only been working out here since January but I like it better then all the other gyms in the SM / Wamego areas I've tried. They have all the machines and free weights you need. Classes everyday throughout the day. A daycare too! The family membership is worth it !!”

“When I first got my membership, I didn't realize how convenient having a 24/7 gym would be. It's just nice being able to workout whenever is convenient, even if it means the middle of the night! This gym offers state of the art equipment with very affordable memberships and great military rates as well! Would highly recommend.”
