Paramour Coffee is a specialty coffee roasting company 25 years in the making. We are a small family business built on hard work, perseverance, and above all, a profound love of coffee.
Owner Jim Hovind trained under the legendary Sal Bonavita and Alfred Peet, founder of Peet's Coffee. Paramour Coffee is a tribute to these masters. To this day, Sal continues to be a trusted mentor and friend. Alfred passed several years ago, but the question, "What would Alfred think?" comes up on a daily basis.
Our mission is to make gourmet coffee accessible. No pretense or snobbery; just good coffee roasted the way it's meant to be. We hope you love your coffee as much as we revel in its creation.
