“they went above and beyond when I needed extra space quickly when Covid postponed an auction, but mostly they are just honest, decent people. When they went to check the unit after the movers cleaned it out, the door wouldn't open. They notified me right away and said they were having it looked at and would let me know. Though they could've easily taken advantage, instead they promptly let me know it was an issue with the door spring so I would not be charged for it. HONEST business people!!! I VERY HIGHLY recommend them!!”
