“Always meet a smiling face at the post office and have excellent service.Benefit of living in a small town.... is that a customer is immediately recognised and bulky mail and packages brought to counter..... if not already in a locked box.Today, this writer missed some mail and the clerk brought to the car which was right outside the door. “We were supposed to receive 2 packages from Amazon last night by 08:00 PM. The website showed that it had been delivered, but we didn’t receive them. I called the Post Office 15 minutes after it opened and explained the situation. Within 30 minutes after I called the Post Office, the door bell rang and it was the lady from the Post Office, with our packages. Even though they initially delivered it to the wrong address they quickly remedied the problem. Great response!”
