I had a bad situation involving a late-night breakdown on the interstate with an older collector car, and tried to make an educated decision to have my car towed to a reputable location. I ended up finding a resolution on my own and no longer needed the services here. However, Dawson called the next morning to follow-up as to whether i had gotten the help i needed. Beyond just saying great and wishing me well at that point, he bothered to take the time to discuss some of my questions and concerns over the phone, just to help and make sure i had what I needed to finish my journey.
