Can’t seem to deliver mail to the right address. Mail carriers put mail in the wrong secured mailboxes. Don’t deliver packages but say they’re delivered. Rekeyed my mailbox when I didn’t ask for it to be rekeyed and then took 5 days to fix it.

Received a message just now that they attempted a delivery not more than 30 minutes ago, which is nonsense. I've been working out front of my home for the last hour at least and not one USPS vehicle has come by.

I run a DTC business from home, I’ve worked with UPS, FedEx, DHL, you name it. Every USPS store I’ve worked with is terrible, no customer service, rude people, no line of sight to tracking… well except for this one. These folks do a great job.

Never have I ever had issues with packages being returned to sender until I moved here. I’ve had 0 issues with this with FedEx or UPS, or even with previous USPS offices.

The people that deliver the mail are a mess. They can't deliver to the right address 75% of the time. They have lost packages more than a few times, they have left packages in the wrong mailbox, and signed for my package (pretty sure that's illegal), and sometimes they don't even knock on my door so I have to drive to get my mail. This is asinine. Why did I chose to make this review today? I ordered books a week ago and they shoved them into a parcel locker but didn't give me the key. Today, my books were supposed to be left on my porch, checking the tracking number.. it says they were left in the locker. Add following directions to the list of things they can't do. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

We were supposed to receive 2 packages from Amazon last night by 08:00 PM. The website showed that it had been delivered, but we didn’t receive them. I called the Post Office 15 minutes after it opened and explained the situation. Within 30 minutes after I called the Post Office, the door bell rang and it was the lady from the Post Office, with our packages. Even though they initially delivered it to the wrong address they quickly remedied the problem. Great response!

Refused to deliver my car title and "claimed" they had attempted to deliver it. I've been working from home so obviously I wouldn't miss them. Don't bother trying to call. You'll never get through to the local office. Hours are extremely inconvenient to those who work full time. Since there is now construction in front of my mail box, nothing is being delivered. Worst postal service I've ever used.

Worst service I have had in 45 years. Delivered my package to the wrong address and 9 days later I still haven’t received it. They even suggested I contact Amazon and claim I never received my package. I am still stunned that they would suggest doing something so unethical. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she informed me she didn’t answer to anyone and she was as high as you can go. We will see about that.

I received notification my package had been delivered. There was no package and when I notified the Post Office they checked their gps and admitted they delivered my package to the wrong address. It has been 8 days and I still don't have my package. Not the first time this has happened. I asked the Postmaster for her supervisors contact information and she told me she didn't have one and didn't answer to anybody. I am as high as it goes (her words). They also recommended that I contact Amazon and tell them the package never arrived and they would send a new one. I can't believe they would recommend unethical behavior so they don't have to do their job. I have wasted my time, gas, and energy trying to fix their mistake. It seems there is no responsibility or accountability for USPS employees. No wonder they are broke and in the verge of bankruptcy. If I had the choice I would never use them.
