Another victim of a Fake uplift loan with this CBW Bank! Glad you like scammers taking out loans then selling the loan to Jefferson Capital only to be sued in court! I really appreciate it.

My husband and I don't have an account with this bank and we are blessed we don't. Our situation with this bank is they are who Uplift use for there loans. We have had 3 loans with low credit scores and paid on time with the last loan being payed off early. Now that our score is higher we are being denied with too many unreal explanations that do not make since. (Too many excuses to go into detail.) Their loans qualification is from 300s to 800s my husband's score is in the 600s with no changing to credit but score getting better so being denied as hard to believe. If I can give the bank a rating of a "0" that is my true rating. This bank and Uplift needs to communicate better

They partnered with alot of untrustworthy fintech companies. All of which have equally horrible reviews. I'm tangled up with them through bright and filing legal action if no action is taken on bright capitol inc or cbw bank. I have family in ks, I'll drop in if needed...

I had to give something - otherwise I would give negative zero stars. I actually had to report this bank to the consumer financial protection agency. Do not trust them - unethical and illegal financial practices. They should not be in operation.

Stop using uplift and reimburse the public the interest you collected for services not rendered. The public is complaining loudly just Google it and check Trustpilot, the CFPB, BBB and ask Priceline and the cruise lines. I foresee a class action suit brewing. They are complaining for lack of transparency, fairness, and poor customer service with canceled travel due to the pandemic while the institutions collected tax payer funded ppp grants and doubled dipped collecting interest and fees to make revenue from loans that weren’t fair and had super high interest. A processing fee under $50 is fair, reasonable, and understandable but anything collected above that is most certainly not. $300 in interest and fees for a loan from Jan-April 2020 and the travel got canceled is not fair. Uplift’s site does not clearly state this in plain language nor do they when you call customer service when you are trying to make the choice of 100% reimbursement vs 125% future cruise credit had any of us know we’d be robbed we would have done the 125% future cruise credit but once you chose and wait the 90 days and find out you were robbed it’s to late. Anyone who took a travel loan Dec 2019 forward should be fully reimbursed the 100% the cruise lines and Priceline promised.

CBW Bank does not care about the consumer. They rent their name out to Moven but don't actually care about me as a customer or try to help me as a customer. Sorely disappointed in Moven and CBW.
