“I had a couple items to ship from Pittsburg KS to Oregon. The original package I had picked out would have cost me nearly $30 to ship two smaller items, and Deidra (the worker) suggested she might have something for me that'd work for a bit cheaper! Sure enough, it brought my shipping cost down to $9 and she was SO helpful. She helped me pack up the package correctly and securely, and made it so easy and smooth; not to mention, she was honestly one of the nicest people I've ever met. She welcomed me the second I walked in and was immediately so friendly and just simply wanted to help me! I wished I still lived here in Pittsburg, because where I live now, the post office people are extremely rude and unhelpful most of the time; so to have this experience with Deidra today totally made my day! She deserves a promotion, ha!!”
