Diagnosed my pomeranian with a heart murmur because of the way she coughed. Now she is on almost the same medication that I take for my heart. The pups didn't even yelp when they got their shots. They do dental work on small dogs and have x-rays. I think this will be my vet from now on.The vet and secretary were very nice and seemed like they cared.

I had two of my horses teeth floated recently. The vet and her tech were incredibly patient with my pony who was very naughty. I was so impressed and look forward to using this clinic for my other animals. They are passionate, knowledgeable and understanding.

Shanlyn and Camille are a great duo! We own a French bulldog breeding business and all of our dogs love them. The house visits and vet visits are always worth our time, money and we aren’t left without answers. We are always able to schedule in the near future, and we are in and out in a timely fashion; with a treatment plan.We recently lost one of our beloved family members and Dr. Shanlyn truly tried all she could to save her. She went above and beyond with care and was realistic with us but also compassionate. We are forever grateful that Shanlyn was able to save our baby, for us to see her one last time before she crossed the rainbow bridge. With love and appreciation,Jay DoshierCrystal DoshierOwnersChunka Chunk Bullies

I have 2 beagles, one is a pain to take to the vet. when we moved to Wellington, the beagle with attitude reinjured old hip injury. He was crying when I took him. Dr Hepler-Cooper was so gentle with her exam my dog was kissing her while she worked. He's doing fine now but I don't have to pull my dogs in the door when they have appts. I am thrilled with their care and would not hesitate to recommend this vet office to anyone

Unorganized, unprofessional and no accountability. If you care about your animal go somewhere else. I love my long hair rescue cat with AIDS. So to get him groomed for fall/winter is a big deal. I get him shaved for summer and groomed for winter. Airhead animal clinic can not do simple things. They have no structure and the leader of the joint basically told me it was my fault because they are short staffed. If you can not do the work required do not take on the job. Write notes. Hire some real staff. Or get out of the profession. You're not working on someone's car.Needless to say they shaved him.

We are so grateful for this clinic. We were traveling in our RV and had a scheduled stopover in Wellington. Our dog had been sick for several days with no improvement so we called on the off-chance they could help. They scheduled us for an appointment the day of our arrival. Everyone was so kind and treated us and our dog the same as a long-time client. Happy to say that with the meds the doctor prescribed, our dog is back to his old self. Wish we could see them for all of our vet needs.

3 weeks ago I called to make an appt to have my dog summer cut, bath & nail clipping. Had to make an appt 3 weeks out on 8/12 but was told I'd get a call within a week of the appt to schedule an exact time. Received no call so I called on the 11th and was told there were no appts available. When I said I had already called to make an appt and repeated what I was told on the phone, the person answering the phone said, "Oh yeah, can you drop him off at 8 a.m.?" I dropped him off at 8 a.m. and told her exactly what I wanted done. I was told they would call when he was done. It's never taken more than 2 hours. So, after nearly 4 hours I called and was told "she" was working on him now and it would be another hour and a half to 2 hrs. A half hour later I got a call to say he'd be dry in about 45 minutes. I went to pick him up at 1pm. He came out with a wet head and feet, his tail was still bushy (I specifically asked that it be tapered). His hair around his ears was not touched, and he looked like he had a "bowl cut." His feet weren't trimmed. Worst job ever. He was the first one there at 8 a.m. and obviously the last one out at 1:15. I hate complainers and take into consideration everything possible before I do complain, but this was a horrible job. I'll be looking for another place to groom him. Don't go there!
