The owner Sam always goes over and beyond to help in times of emergencies. Recently we were out of town for a surgery and they coordinated a medical device for us on a Saturday night which allowed us to be able to come home safely versus return to the hospital.They care and ask how my son is doing-and actually remember him! The whole team is fabulous-thank you!!”
“Dr. Weise has been working with my husband after his head injury and has been fantastic. The doctor spent time to figure out what special attributes were needed in the lenses so my husband could see properly and stop tripping and falling. The prescription is quite fancy and has helped tremendously. Dr Weise is respectful and very knowledgeable. My mother is hard of hearing, but Andi took special time to be sure she understood how the machine functions, how to clean it, and how to contact her if there were questions or problems. She was GREAT!”

“If it wasn't for Dominic, I would be giving only 3 stars.
No one was at the front desk to check in with, as this was an initial appointment that was unsettling. Two were in a room with open door, looked up & saw me, said nothing to me - but just returned to their discussion.
I also got the reminder text for the appointment 6+ hours AFTER the appointment was over! No help at all.
Gratefully after 15 minutes standing in the entry, Dominic had popped out of his previous appointment to get something, he stopped & asked if I'd been helped. He let me know he was almost done and would be back out to get me. Grateful someone cared enough to acknowledge I was in the building!
Dominic was thorough in explaining everything. He was kind, thoughtful and had a wonderful sense of humor which made the appointment pleasant as well as educating!”
