All we have to do is rub on the inside of his ear. I am so appreciative of them and how they have made it easy for me to obtain the medicine without having to drive an hour every month to pick it up. “They have fun here. You could probably just go and put a flash drive in the photo machine and have a good time with the staff. Big fan of this place even though I feel a little conflicted because an independent pharmacy is a few blocks away, using one of which is a rare pleasure.I can't imagine fussing about customer service here. The pharmacists are fast enough that if you use basic social skills to figure out in what order people have arrived in the waiting area and get to the desk accordingly, you should see how quickly they're actually working. The only thing that keeps it slower is when they're working with someone to get their insurance sorted out and that's an indictment of America and an endorsement of their efficiency.It's a location of a big corporation. So just use the app and get in and get out faster than about anywhere else.”

“Over 6 years, I've had my RX filled here and will continue as long as I have RX to fill. Never a problem, exceptional service. They always ask if I have any changes since I've taken the medications, if taken as prescribed and / or would i like to speak with a pharmacist. Close to the time for refills (over 4 yrs don't have to walk in anymore), they always call me as a reminder for refill, let me know, and do contact Dr. for approval when required. All are delivered as usual 2-3 days early, and some refills were for 2/3 month supply. Keep up the good work”

“Price chopper was one of the first stores other than Safeway that I remember my mother shopping in frequently as a child. I've never had any bad experiences within a price chopper. I remember my mother always being happy shopping there and every time I went I've been happy there. But there are no perfect stores, we all know this but this particular location comes pretty close, matter fact it's about as close to perfection as you can get. The store is located near a major roadway. The signage is very large however the wording could be a little more colorful as well as the building but that's neither here nor there. Parking is very ample and pretty much anytime of the day you can come and get a good spot. Once you step inside it is absolutely beautiful. They have their produce separated from the other parts of the store which I actually like that. I never liked going into a grocery store finding fruits surrounded by other products but that's just my pet peeve.The isles are extremely neat and clean and plentifully shelved. It's well lit and very bright and inviting. There are no strange odors (believe me some store do have that issue) just fresh and clean. The bathrooms are immaculate and I can't stress enough how important that is to me. So many grocery stores, restaurants, schools have beautiful designs beautiful products but then when you go to the bathroom it is in disarray and smells horrible. Not this place it is absolutely beautiful. To top it off the staff are very friendly and seem motivated and happy to work and to please the customer. I haven't been in this location before but other price choppers I've been at and although I never had any complaints with any Price chopper chains, this one by far outweighs the others. They seem to Go above and beyond what is already satisfactory and that is the kind of store I love to give my business.”

As far as I know all their clients are people who buy meds here are clients of Truman although it's my understanding there are few outside folks who pick up their medications here because of the location that's an FYI for you.”

Loblaw Companies Limited is putting serious money into its retail network this year. Canada's largest food and pharmacy retailer announced it will spend $2.4 billion in 2026 to open new stores, renovate existing locations and strengthen its supply chain. The company plans to open 70 new stores in 2026. That includes 34 Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharmaprix pharmacies and care clinics, along with 31 hard-discount No Frills and Maxi grocery stores. On top of the new openings, Loblaw will renovate another 191 stores and continue construction on a roughly 1.2 million-square-foot automated distribution center in Caledon, Ontario.
