Terrible and unsafe driving from car 11. On Thursday August 21st at 9:55am I was taking my disabled daughter to therapy and was almost rear-ended by an A.C.T. van going above 50 mph as I was stopped to turn. They didn't want to stop, switching lanes and almost hit another car as they went in between us both. My car shook when they flew by. I would not trust these drivers with my life. Please choose better drivers!!!

Horrible driver. Heading east on kellogg, had a driver come flying up as I was passing a sheriff, being right next to a sheriff didn't faze them at all, they got 5 ft off my bumper doing 70, kept flashing high beams. I could not get over without cutting off the sheriff I was passing. Sheriff slowed down, let me over, and the act driver went flying by, got to augusta and they flew through the 50 and 30. Thankfully the sheriff pulled them over and hopefully got them for wreckless driving.

They are always leaving my patients for hours and hours. It’s really unacceptable and would NOT recommend them at all. This has happened a numerous amount of times, not just once or twice.

One of their drivers almost ran me off the road and wrecked my car. They did not have time to get over into the left lane and if I didn't slow down we would have wrecked. Also didn't use turn signals to indicate they were changing lanes on the highway. Whoever was driving van number 11. I wouldn't recommend a transportation service that has drivers that drive recklessly.

We love ACT! The drivers are kind and show up on time, every time. Staff go above and beyond to make sure their clients are satisfied.
