We opened a new lease for Puzzle couch November 2024. Couch was delivered unwrapped and lounge part of couch broken. We thought it was strange that the furniture was unwrapped as a previous delivery was wrapped and opened in our home. I am certain our couch was not new. The pillows when delivered were misshapen and noticeable wear on couch with visible butt grooves. I spent several weeks trying to get the manager Skylar on the phone to address the broken lounge since I was told he was the only one who could help. After several weeks the new lounge was delivered wrapped. The guys that delivered our couches even said it’s strange for a new set to not be wrapped in plastic. We addressed our concern with Skylar that our couch was not wrapped as another was as well as our replacement lounge. Skylar became argumentative and wouldn’t listen to us. We contacted cooperate with our concerns and told we’d get a call back in 24 hours. Two weeks later we had to call back as no call was received. The Regional Manager then called back and seemed bothered. He was extremely rude and began raising his voice at my husband. Go elsewhere! New couches don’t have worn pillows and butt grooves. The customer service is horrible.

Do not recommend, ordered refrigerator on Saturday, said would be delivered 2-3 days and when I called they said now I am not approved, but couldn't tell me why.

If I could give them a -5 stars I would I had moved and since I had moved I had done the new address on the lease agreement. Long story short it’s been 2 weeks I had to cancel the first order And redo it. Spoke with the manager because I can’t keep waiting for the order and he started telling saying when I applied that I did it at an old address excuse me. But any properly ran business would go off of the lease agreement correct? Poorest customer service I have ever in my life experienced and yet here I am still
Without the washer and dryer. I should’ve just went through rent one where I am already leasing stuff from and can get some more from I tried to give Aaron’s a chance never again. Here’s a photo of my lease they sent it to an address I no longer live at!!!

Just bought a brand new house and needed appliances. Got all of the appliances ordered and set to pick up for a Saturday for the Fridge and stove and later on in the week for a washer and dryer. My husband and a friend went to get the fridge and stove got them home got the stove and fridge in the house and had our pizza boxes on the stove went to grab a slice and there was a roach in the box, I immediately killed the one in the box then started looking for other found another one behind the stove as stated we just bought a brand new house had an inspection and everything and there were no roaches. We called and told them they would be in the garage and to come and get them. Today, Monday the 30th we called and cancelled our account and they were pretty decent about that and offered to give us brand new appliances but because we didn't know if they came from the warehouse or the last persons home we said no. If using this place make sure to check for bugs.

Ordered a living room set and had to wait 3 weeks for delivery and was told that it would be delivered today 12/07/2024 and waited after talking to the store to verify it would be delivered today and nothing so my husband drove to the store around 615-630 pm and the lady at the counter just looked at him and let the phone ring without answering. We are one the top customers at that store and to wait around for delivery that never came no call or anything and like I said talked to them 4 different times today and assured me it would be here. I'm P.Oed to say a best and called the 1800 # and all they did is gave us a ticket # and told us that if it isn't delivered by Wednesday to call back... WOW screw that IM MAD ... I'm about done we have been loyal customers plus spend OVER $20,000 AND BEEN WITH THEM OVER 9 YEARS THERE WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN AT BEST BEEN ONE OF Their FIRST HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE AND Skyler you should have done better way better.

Very disappointed and extremely PO'd customer or possibly ex customer depends on what you're going to do to make it right I wanted my furniture here today and the very least could have got a phone call for one of the deliveries drivers to let us know it wasn't going to happen but didn't even get the courtesy of that.

Worst customer service EVER! Love the washer and dryer but the bed set, although was nice was not correct. Was told nothing they could do sine it was in our possession. Waited 2 weeks and still not made right, so just sent back. Talk about a nightmare! Will only ever use for washer and dryer.

This place is nothing nore then a scam. Took my money still no product. Skylar the manager is very rude unprofessional and unwilling to help. I have also called corporate with no resolution. I will advise anyone i see not to do business with this place there are far better places that do what they say. Try RENT a CENTER. FyI 5 to 7 days really means 15 to 30 days. Dont be fooled. I have replied to you just like you asked and 2 days latter still no reply. Why do you reply to my review then ask me to email you then not reply at all. JB dont tell me to reach out if your just goin to ignore me. Thanks JB and Skylar you both are fake.

This place is the BIGGEST joke! The manager Skylar is the WORST! Completely disrespectful, undermining, argumentative, no competents or level of customer service. Very rude, downgrading, and talks over customers. Do NOT BE FOOLED OR LURED INTO ANYTHING WITH THIS PLACE. To be a manger you're supposed to be good with people and come to resolutions, not be combative and argumentative.

Went into Aaron's almost a week ago, in need of a bed. They scheduled the delivery for today, took the first payment put of my account and have heard nothing from the store or delivery person. Called to ask about it and was told someone was going to call me back. Have heard nothing. Sure is nice to know I'm making payments on something the store is taking their time delivering
DO NOT GO TO AARONS!!! They have no worries about pushing a delivery back another FIVE days making it almost TWO FULL PAYMENTS before you get your stuff. Guess taking care of the customer doesn't matter as long as they get their money

So I started renting a washer and dryer through them and had a problem after about two months I smell electrical fire behind my washer. I called them to tell them about it and they sent a company out here to look at it. The company that came out a week later told me that there was roaches up in there and also told me that, my house does not look dirty along with non-roach infested area where the washer and dryer was at. The individual also stated he’s been doing this for years and could say my house is very clean. I went down there to talk to them and situation and they gave me a new washer and dryer. I called them up about a week later After getting a new washer and dryer to tell them that one is smaller and I’m paying the same price two The washer sounds like a train going through my house and if I’m paying the same price, then I want something equal or greater than what I had sense the issue started with them.They decided to give me the washer and dryer back now a month later I’m having the same issues have not seen any insect but after that incident, I went buy roach killer and put it all over where the washer is located at. When I called them back to tell them, they gave me the same washer and dryer. The manager said that he fixed the washer and de bugged it himself so today with the same issue and can’t get a hold of them till Monday very unsatisfied and will never tell anybody to go through them again. I’m calling them on Monday to tell them to come get my washer and dryer and go through somebody else.
