The store had so much stuff in the aisles it was difficult to move around with a cart. Only encountered one employee and he was pleasant and helpful.

Was looking for something specific, staff were helpful in searching for the item.
Overall nice well stocked hardware store. Disappointed they don't have much in the way of gifts as some Ace's do.

I went in today to return an unopened item that I received as a house warming gift from an out of state relative . I did not have the receipt all I wanted to do was exchange it and the young man at the register wouldn’t even attempt to help me without a receipt. He asked if I had the card used… hello I just said it was a gift from out of state. He said sorry can’t do anything then. What happened to store credit or even trying to help the customer?

My experience at the West Central location was appalling. Since a zero-star rating isn't an option, I'll leave one star. A male employee racially profiled me; rather than helping me, he made me uncomfortable by recounting stories of shoplifters. He was dismissive and not helpful and then proceeded to follow me out of the store. This unacceptable behavior ensures I won't be returning to this location.

Unfortunately this loc. personal service has diminished.. cashier on a cell phone, pait Lady gave me a wise remark for something I was looking. So many red signs all over the place... could not find the front door.
