There used to be a time when you went to the hardware store to get hard to find items. Now, it's impossible to find the most common item. Their fastener area has about one third the items they used to carry. Not sure if this is a byproduct of big box stores or mismanagement.

Have some new employees that don't know what they are talking about so I go to someone I know has been there a while with more experience. Don't want to be rude but I then go to the employee that didn't know what they were talking about and show him the item that he pointed out incorrectly.

Don't refill your propane here. It's a ripoff! A 20lb tank holds 4.6 gallons but they only put 3 gallons in and argue that the tanks only hold 3 gallons.

The people here it is on Harry and Woodlawn need to learn how to be more friendlier and more attentive to the customers the cashier needs to be friendlier Truth be told I probably won't be back to this one

Do you need or want to get screws for a classic NES? They've got them, but you'll need a flat head screw driver. Not to bad of a place.
