Paid for service that did not work for 3 whole years. Nothing I could do. The cameras wouldn't work no matter how many times they trouble shooted. Talked to people everyday to get out, no way out even though I couldn't use it.

Had ADT and it stucked. Our alarm went off and no one came by to check on us. The police didn't come by and ADT didn't even call to check on us. Won't get it again.

Horrible customer service. They want to charge me for a service call fee on something that is malfunctioning with their equipment. I would NOT reccommend. Go with a local security company if all possible.
